Embroidery for the name badge is customized at the time the order is placed.
Production and shipping of the name badge take approximately 4-6 weeks as of the ordering date.
If a name badge is in the embroidery process, has been produced, or has been received, it is not eligible for cancellation or return.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We wish we could get Karbon into the hands of everyone, but currently we can ship within Canada and the contiguous United States. If you live outside of the contiguous US or require international shipping please email support@karbon.com.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders with an embroidered name badge are anticipated to ship within 4-6 weeks of the order date. In-stock jacket-only orders are anticipated to ship within 1-2 weeks. An email with the package tracking information will be sent when the order has shipped.
Q: Can I have the jacket from my order ship separately from the name badge?
A: Yes, for an additional shipping charge an order can partial ship while the name badge is in production. To request a partial shipment for an order, please email support@karbon.com.
Q: Can I add an item to my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to add items to an order. We can offer to cancel your order within 24-hours of being placed if it is not yet in the process to ship.
Q: What’s your warranty policy?
A: Karbon offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship originally sold by Karbon. For more information on our warranty policy, please click here.
Q: Can I get the name badge for the original version of the Aviator jacket?
A: The name badge specs are no longer available for the original version of the Aviator jacket. The modified name badge specs are designed to accommodate both versions of the jacket.
Q: Do the Aviator and Insulator jackets attach?
A: No. The Insulator does not attach to the Aviator jacket but is designed to fit underneath as an optional layer of insulation.
Q: Why is the Insulator jacket zipper on the left side?
A: The design of the insulator jacket follows the international standard, which features a left-side zipper.
Q: What’s the difference between the Regular and Tall fit?
A: Add 2” (5cm) in length for Tall sizes.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Operating hours for our Customer Service department is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please Note: We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Karbon offers 30-days from the date of shipping to request an exchange or refund.
REQUIRMENTS
To be eligible for exchange or return the item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging with garment tags still attached. Freight and name badges will not be credited.
RETURN PROCESS
To request an exchange or return, please email support@karbon.com. A Return Authorization form will be provided to mail the item(s) back to our facility.
Inbound packages are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for a package to be verified. Be sure to write the assigned RA form number on the outside of your package to ensure it can be processed in a timely manner.
Please Note: Any package without an assigned Return Authorization form will not be accepted and immediately returned to the sender's address.
Please note that customized badges cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
The item for exchange will be sent after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
REFUNDS
Reimbursements for returned items are issued to the credit card used at the time the order was placed. After we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be reflected in your account.
