To be eligible for exchange or return the item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging with garment tags still attached. Freight back to us will not be credited. We will only process items purchased from karbon.com.

Please note: discounted items, including those purchased with discounts over 40%, are FINAL SALE. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

A Return Authorization (RA) form will be provided to mail the item(s) back to our facility. You are responsible for shipping the garment back to our receiving facility.

Inbound packages are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for a package to be verified. Be sure to write the assigned RA form number on the outside of your package to ensure it can be processed in a timely manner.

Please Note: Any package without an assigned Return Authorization form will not be accepted and immediately returned to the senders address.

Reimbursements for returned items are issued to the credit card used at the time the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be reflected in your account.
