Warranty
Karbon offers a 1 year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship originally sold by Karbon.
- Normal wear and tear
- Abrasions, cuts including those caused from ski edges
- Misuse of garment or improper care
- Incorrect laundering
- Accidents resulting in rips, tears, burns and stains
- Fabric fading
- Natural breakdown of materials/laminations with age
- Goose down feather pull-through is normal
- Real and Faux Fur
- Competition apparel, race suits and training shorts
- Counterfeit products
Should you have a concern regarding materials or workmanship in a Karbon product, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product. If you are unable to contact your retailer, please email Karbon Customer Service at support@karbon.com.
In your email, include the following:
- Two photos: one photo of the entire garment; the 2nd photo indicating the area of concern;
- A brief description of the defect;
- The 4 digit style number (located on the care instructions label beginning with a K***)
- The size of the garment
- Your shipping address and daytime telephone number
Upon receipt of your email, a member of customer service will respond promptly and guide you through the next step in our warranty process.
Please note, returns without a RA# will not be processed and will be refused and returned to sender. Your RA (return authorization) is valid for 30 days after issue date.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable cost.
You will be contacted with the repair cost before work can be performed with a final estimate of repair and return shipping. As some findings may not match or be available, the repair will be to the best of our ability.
You can expect a 4-6 week turnaround. Some repairs may take longer if we have to
order materials or parts.
For items covered by warranty, Karbon pays for return ground shipping to customer. For non-warranty repairs, shipping is at the owner’s expense. Packages lost in transit are not Karbon’s responsibility.

If you purchased an item from one of our retailers, we suggest taking the garment back to where the item was purchased.
Remember to bring a receipt. Many dealers will return items to Karbon on your behalf, although the stores policies may vary.

After you place your order you will receive a purchase confirmation. This means we've received your order and are preparing it for shipping. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification from Schure Sports.
We wish we could get Karbon into the hands of everyone, but currently we can ship within the contiguous United States.
We process orders as they are received and ship within 5-7 business days. Please note: due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays.
